  • What is a medical spa?

At Silver Springs medical spa we offer wellness care by medical professionals and spa services all in one elegant environment, no matter you have an internal organ problem, a mucularskeletal pain, a skin problem or simply want to relax the body and sooth the mind, Silver Springs will have the right therapist for you. 

  • Is reservation necessary?

Being located at the busiest street in downtown Vancouver, we strive to have enough staff available all the time to accept any walk in client, but when you are two or more wanting to have treatment  at the same time, then reservation is strongly recommended.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We require a credit card number to hold the appointment, cancellation less than 24 hrs will result in 50% of the booked treatment fee being charge to the credit card.

  • How to choose  the right skin treatment?

If you already know the skin problem to be treated, the front desk coordinator will be glad to recommend the treatment, or simply book a time for facial and let the skin care therapist go through a skin diagnosis to determine the right treatment.

  • Is there anything I should be aware before a spa treatment?

If you will have LHE treatment, please apply the EMLA cream 45 minutes prior to the treatment (you can purchase the cream at any drug store); If you will have waxing, please be sure you don't have any open wound at the area; if you will have massage during pregnancy, please notify at the time of reservation.

  • What is the difference of Registered Massage Therapy and the acupressure?

They are basically two different type of massage, both can be therapeutic and relaxational. For those who wish to claim the fee to their extended medical insurance plan, please notify us at the time of reservation to avoid being booked  with whoever is available at the time requested.

  • What would I expect during my massage?

You may keep your undergarment on and you will be modestly draped with towels and sheets throughout your massage, however if you feel more comfortable with cloth on, please wear a loose T-shirt and comfortable shorts.

  • Is gratuity included?

No, gratuities may be given at your discretion at the check out time. If the treatment did not meet your expectation, please let us know before you leave. We value your feedback and look opportunities to improve our services and enhance your experience. Comment cards are available if you prefer to let us know in writing.
